AlarmBee is the brand and the service. Behind it is a Greek company registered in Athens, with full legal details and a named data controller.
Who we are
AlarmBee started as one family's own tool: a button on a child's phone that, when pressed, does not send a discreet message — it goes off loudly, on every parent device, and brings location and images with it. Because it worked, we turned it into a service.
We are not building a surveillance app. We do not log where your child goes, we do not keep profiles and we do not sell data. AlarmBee activates only when the child asks it to. That line is a design decision, not a marketing slogan.
AlarmBee is developed by GM395 IKE, a software company based in Athens, which also operates the business intelligence platform ForceCRM. The service is run by George Markatatos, the company's administrator and Vice President of ΣΕΚΕΕ.

Payments and invoicing
Subscriptions are processed through creem.io, acting as Merchant of Record. This means creem.io handles the charge, VAT and the issuing of your receipt. The service itself is provided by GM395 IKE. We never store card details on our servers.
Infrastructure
The service runs on servers located within the European Union. Alarm photos are never written to disk or to a database — they stay in memory until the email is delivered, then they are deleted. The history keeps time, coordinates, battery, network type and public IP.
